The Apollo 11 Command Module is displayed in a plastic case.  The main hatch is on display elsewhere in the museum. Located inside is the spacesuit worn by Michael Collins for the flight.

Apollo CM Docking Hatch Cover. I'm not certain this is from Apollo 11, but it was at the Armstrong Museum. It was manufactured in Middletown, Ohio, which may be a reason it is displayed in this member of the Ohio Historical Society.
