Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards AFB, CA
A full-scale replica of the X-15 #3 that was lost in a crash.  It is mounted on a pedestal outside the Dryden HQ building.  Also nearby are an SR-71, the X-1B, and the HL-10 lifting body.
