Mercury
Boilerplate
Army National Guard Annex, Pasadena, TX
I've labled this as a boilerplate although it might be more approprately listed as a model. It is a well detailed Mercury capsule with its Escape Tower. While it has some non-production indicators, there is a lot that is right, including the antenna fairing on the Escape Tower, and the towers seperation motor. The aerospike on the top is replaced with a light fixture. Could this have been higher at one time, and require an aircraft warning light? It currently is in very poor shape, and will be deteriorated past saving in the near future.
