Gemini VII may now be found at the new Stephen F. Udvar-Hazy Center, Chantilly, VA, an annex of the National Air & Space Museum.
Originally, this spacecraft was formerly found hanging in the Space Hall at the NASM. Only the hatchway area was covered with plexiglas. It is now entirely enclosed in plexiglas and exhibited on a wheeled cradle next to the TTV-1 and an unused Gemini heatshield. Jonathan Ward, who used a polarizing filter and flash to reduce the glare of the plexiglas case, noted the original color of the heatshield is beige.
