Downloading Apollo 12 from Space Museums From VASC web page:
The Apollo 12 was launched November 14, 1969, and traveled about 960,000 miles on its lunar mission. The spacecraft returned to Earth on November 24, 1969. Apollo 12 was launched during a rain storm, and was struck by lightning twice during the first minute of the flight; however the mission was able to continue. The Apollo 12 crew consisted of Charles "Pete" Conrad, Jr., Richard F. Gordon, Jr., and Alan L. Bean, all U.S. Navy Captains.

It is displayed with its hatch missing and tilted only slighlty, preventing a clear view of the heat shield.
